No. We do not run an online store. All orders are placed directly with our sales team.

MOQ varies by product, selected specifications, branding method and packaging requirements. Share your intended product and quantity so the applicable minimum can be reviewed.

Our usual terms are a 50 / 50 split, but they are negotiable. Manufacturing begins once the sample and initial payment are confirmed.

Yes. Samples are always provided according to your specifications and requirements.

Almost all samples are free of cost. If a new product or sample development costs us more, we may request a sample cost, depending on the type of product. That amount is reimbursable against your original order.

Samples are mostly sent by courier. We ask clients for their courier account. If you do not have one, we request the courier charges according to your destination.

Manufacturing begins right after the sample and initial payment are confirmed.

Manufacturing time varies from product to product and from quantity to quantity. It is always discussed with you before production starts.
