Step 2 of 6
Before any bulk order, we arrange a sample to your specifications so you can check it first.
Samples of our salt products are mostly free of cost.
When a leather sample is customised to your requirements, we charge for it. The cost depends on the product.
Any sample cost is reimbursed in your original production order.
Samples are mostly shipped on your own courier account (DHL, FedEx, etc.). If you do not have one, we ask you to pay the courier cost.

Once you are happy with the sample, we confirm the order details before production starts.

Once your order is approved, production starts to the approved sample.
Step 5 of 6
We check the finished goods, then pack them to your requirements for shipping.
Step 6 of 6
We prepare the export documents and send your packed order to your warehouse.
We deliver the goods on board at the port of shipment. You arrange the main freight.
We pay the freight to your destination port. You handle insurance and import clearance.
We arrange delivery all the way to your warehouse. Everything is included in the price.
